id remove any unnecessary fuses/relays that are not needed by the engine to crank over or start.

Then if you can get it running install fuses one at a time and see which ones are not working 100% and follow each circuit for a problem

i found the problem...

there are like 3 pairs of loom under the dash that are the same swapped them around a few times and fixed it... still not getting spark or fuel tho, crank is good.

i think it might be the smartlock as i havent hooked up any of the door actuators and pushing the button on the remote does nothing

Excellent news good to hear. Are your remotes programmed to the BEM?

Yes, the specific remotes have to be "programmed" to the bem, otherwise 1 remote would open every e series in the car park, lol.

In the EF/L series, you do this by having all doors closed and everything turned off. Turn ign to acc, and within 5 seconds hit the rear demister button.

The locks will cycle once showing its in learn mode.

Then press a button on a remote. The locks will cycle again.

Repeat this step for up to four remots, then simply turn the ign off, and your remotes are programmed.

ok went to program the remote but it refuses to...
the rear dem light does not show up on the dash so im guessing its because the rear of the wiring loom (tailgate) section is not complete hopefully this is the only problem
but i still get beeps when car is turned to "II" position the only idiot light i get is low coolant due to not having a sensor, but it flashes insted of just staying on, does anyone know if this is a feature of the hight series bcm and cluster??

Hmmm,

Havent been low on coolant, so i'm not sure there. I thought it would stay illuminated.

Also i thought the demister would still work if the back was not connected, but i could be wrong.

If you wire it up and it still don't work, i'd try another BEM.
