na that’s the automatic idle control thingo.....
the manual idle control is near your accelerator cable on the TB. It should look like a screw. If I can find a pick somewhere ill show u! |

The black thing on top of the ISC is a vent, from what I recall. Almost directly below that, on the left side, is the idle screw. I gather you've read up on how to adjust the idle.

im not too sure, what idle is your car doing now????? i think from factory its meant to be something like between 600 - 700 rmp or something (not too sure on memory)
