i just put a el head on my ed falcon as i blew a headgasket the head is a 94da head

now the exhaust manifold doesnt seem to line up and neither does the inlet manifold

im using the eb plenum and standard exhaust manifold i didnt want to put the bbm on as i think its to much trouble

is the exhaust and inlet different on the el head?

i can put the exhaust manifold on it off the el tomorrow that should solve the exhaust but what do i do with the inlet?

They are identical heads manifold fitment wise.
I have NFI what you are doing wrong to make them 'not line up'.

I had this prob with my extractors when I put them on. Start with a middle bolt and work your way out, but don't tighten any of them until you have them all started.

I had enough trouble trying to attach my exhaust manifold to the same head it came off. Might help if you can get some1 to force it in position as you get the bolts in position, it took be bloody hours.

The stock exh manifold has three studs and nuts that hold the 2 halves together - have a look at exh branches 3 & 4. They might be loose, causing them to swivel.

Second the above two posts, my EB2 gear went straight onto an EL head. So one or both of the above listed possibilities would be the cause of your probs.
Also BenJ's advice re. bolting is good if you go middle, middle, end, end to hold the gaskets in place. You'll see what I mean.
Cheers,
Paul
