If it makes you feel any better...I'm getting 205hp with an ED, 4.0 with a P&P 3.9 EA head, std EA cam and springs, std cam timing, using the ED rocker gear, ICE 7amp ignition, BP Ultimate 98 RON fuel, Moristech piggy back, Pacie 4480's and a homemade CAT and twin 2 & 1/4" exhaust, 3" pod filter with EA intake hose, 24 lb FMS injectors, still running an engine driven fan, and I get 400km on a tank around town, and I don't baby it either.
I was also getting 400km on a tank towing another car on a trailer, in 4th gear, at 110kmh at about 3,200 rpm.
I can't stand fly-by-wire cars either......drove a mates 5.4 MkII BA XR8 ute, 6sp manual.....terrible...can't even blip the throttle to down change.
Do a run when the weather cools down, and isn't so humid...guarentee over 300 at the treads then.
35*C & 65% humidity will hurt HP.

But seriously. You will have to spend ALOT of money and end up with a Pig that is a PITA to drive to gain much more than that.

Honestly your really starting to reach the limit of power for an NA 6, 220 at the wheels is pretty damn good. Thats about 270-280KW at the engine which is XR6T territory.

The tune is really the only last area you can improve, after that its really expensive for not so much gain. You might gain another 5-10KW from headwork? for a couple grand.

youd be doing sub 14s easy with those figures provided you had a good run which would take some practise to get the launch right.
