Cylinder head bolts:

Step 1: 40nm
Step 2: 90°

I couldn't find anything in the manual about the distance between lifters and tappets.

They are hydraulic, so they don't need a gap to be set.

if your are using a AU head gasket, which is a common mod. tightening is different.

step 1: 30nm
step 2: 120 degrees.

cheers
