head light heating air , yeah right not only does that not count in day light , the heat your talking about is about 30 degress and at 100 k the effect on all that air would be like trying to use a cigarette lighter on a motor bike , next thing you guys are going to say is dont put your intake on the same side as the car in fronts exhaust lol

Absolutely good work, you wouldn't be able to run a ruler up the sides of that and maybe mock up something in microsoft paint with the dimensions so us slack jaw's can replicate the intake goodness?

150mm opening at the air box, tapering up to 200mm behind the head lights and 120mm long, you can work out the depth of the sides going by the cutout in the photo when you decide to hack up your own box, just beware of the fuse box, you will need to allow cutouts for it...

hot air or not. what fast-xr has done, fixes the the biggest problem with the factroy design. the gap between the bonnet and top radiator support. it chokes the intake.

what he has done works.

This I can testify to:

BA SSI Bigmouth pod intake. Has the secondary mouth sucking in air from behind the XR headlights. Works a charm :)
