Okay I've got some extra wires after replacing the injector loom in an EL 6cyl:

Anyone know what they are for and where they go?

Lovely shade of pink.
Zoom out on the pic so we can see better the surrounding area,
also more detail - what happened, you replaced a whole engine loom??
I'm not you, I can't see the whole picture through your eyes.
From memory, the injector loom goes to the square harness connector near nos 5 & 6 injectors - different plug arrangement than to EF's and earlier.
Might sound like strange requests, but I can't give an answer unless I know more.

Can do.
I had to replace the injector loom as the car had an aftermarket computer in it and they rewired nearly everything. PITA.
I got hold of a loom from a wrecked car, and popped out the pins and put them into the original square plug as it still had some for the trans. These are the ones left over that I cant place yet.

If you could that would be great - I can then look at the EL diagrams and figure it out - shouldn't be hard.

Righto I know what they are, I just need to know the pinout on the loom plug.
They are from the injectors, and the ISC unit.
I'm thinking they are all 12v?
