What is the best way to remove the front bumper of a EA-ED Falcon safely without breaking anything?

there are 2 nuts to undo at the end of each chassis rale, so 4 nuts in all, there is a large white clip located infront of the wheels, turn it a 1/4 of a turn and remove it, and then pull the bar towards the front of the car and it should just slide out...

Cheer's for that....I'll have a go at it tomorrow. The front bumper on the ED doesn't seem to be sitting quite right so I'll take it off and check everything the put it back on and adjust it. Can the bumper be adjusted without having to take it right off? My bumper isn't damaged at all....Just for some reason it isn't sitting properly on the left side.

Sounds like the bar has come away from the reo, if it is sagging on the side infront of the wheel, it could just be a broken bar stay (little plastic cilp about 3-5 dollars at ford)
