That's Hyena's... He removed the grill and modified some BA GT sideskirts for it. He tossed up for ages whether or not to fit the wing... With the colour and performance of his car it all suited really well in the end... My car has bigger wheels and is a lot lower... Not to mention gunmetal grey. I reckon my combo will look best with the low, sleek look that comes with no wing or bonnet scoop.

Phwoar, that purple EF is pretty nice :P

As you know I left mine off for ages, over a year! but I finally decided to fit it. Although it's a bit big it does complete the look, and in the in I figured it looked better with it than not. Just be prepared to have more people trying to race you once you fit it

Here's a few earlier shots with no wing to help you decide (same tips too - copycat :P )

If you're still not just just get it painted at the same time as the rest of the kit and decide later.

Cheers Hyena. I didn't mean to copy your tip. I've had it sitting around for ages!

I was gonna PM you actually to ask something but I may as well ask here... Did you have any trouble getting the rear bar to sit forward enough on the passenger side? Mines' sitting back about 10mm from being nice and flush with the wheel arch and therefore the bolt holes on the inside of the boot aren't lining up with the holes on the reo bar... Just curious if it's a problem with the mould or my car. I've grinded, bashed and cut as much as I can without making it look like it's sitting too far in at the back but it's still just the slightest bit out at the wheel arch.

The tips are the least of your copyright infringement concerns. :P J/K

My rear bar lined up properly, but I did need to cut and grind a fair bit to get it to sit far enough forward. I had to grind off a little at a time on the inner 'corners' and make sure what I was cutting away was going to be covered by the thin bever panel. As you would have already found tehy fall well short of fitting properly straight out of the mould!

Atleast your skirts aren't blue while you're driving around with them trial fitted

Haha! yeh true... I'll keep grinding the inner corners bit by bit til I get a good fit. It's sitting on there good enough now so I'll wait til I take it off to prepare and paint it.
