hey every1 I hav just bought an EF manual futura, so far I am happy with it.

I havn't done much to it yet except put my sub and amp in.

I have also started painting the black plastic bits on the exterior of the car (window seals and stuff), they weren't in very good condition. I'll post some pics.

Has any1 had experience with buying wheels off ebay. I'm tempted with some fpv pre AU 18" wheels.

Please post a comment i would love to hear some opinions and advice.

Ive been there and done that, and you will find it all just peels off after a few months and looks uglier than before........ especially at the rear quarter window where its all rubber.

With mods i would fit a wade 1673 cam, full exhaust and a custom cold air intake.

Then i would fit a 3.45 lsd diff, found in xr6's, or you could go one step further and fit 3.7's.

Should beat most pre-LS1 bombadores after that

yeh i definatly want to drop it a bit ay.

if the paint looks crap soon i'm sure i'll get over it, I did use ruber and plastic paint though so it might stay there a while.

i have been thinkin about cold air intakes actually, I dont know how i'm gona do it yet though, might hav a look around the forum and see what othes have done.

good startin project ya got there mate , give ya a warning modding a ford is addictive lol, especially with this site for help. need to drop it , wheels, tint, for looks, cam, head, exhaust, intake, diff for go go , then the sky and pockets are the limit , with those wheels few people on here have got them and found them to be ok , pm mongoose he got a set of 18s in typhoon style
