I always used thin cutting blades to cutting big areas... Another thing that works really well is an orbital sander with like 60 or 80 grit.

jigsaw works, 4inch grinder with thin cutting blade,hacksaw, stanley knife s**t like that can cut fibre glass

hacksaw... when i get the grill the top will sit better but it looks pretty good IMO

Finished... (got it painted and i fitted it a bit better this time... Still need a Grill, Slim Line pPlates and ford logo in the bottom grill)

THE QUESTION IS:
Should I Get Some Fog Lights???

i was thinking a small set right up the back of the side vents...

( :D The TS50 Just Car Insurance Adds Back On :D )

Looks pretty nice man i think fog lights would finish it though! be nice if you could get some that fill in the holes almost perfect!
