would et35 offset be fine on a ef or is that a au on offset

thats more au offset. The offset you would be wanting would be around 0-10 10 isnt best but it will sit much better then 35 offset wheels, unless you wanna run spacers.

35 offset wont fit on the front of E series.
AU plus offset is +36
Pre AU is 0 to +6.
