how hard is it to replace this trim panel shown below in an EF Fairmont? Some idiot broke the one in my car trying to flog the stereo.

Maybe i should rephrase that; can that panel be removed or do i have to take the whole dash out?? It's been a couple of years since i last took the dash out of an ef and i just can't remember.

just did it twice myself...

one bolt each side above the kickpanels... about 5 bolts up the top under the speaker plate.. and two bolts under and forward facing below the stereo..... then the whole thing pops off...

its a bugger of a job. theres a hundred bolts and you will have to separate the two pieces of dash also. another 20 bolts

lol, not when your in Canada and the car is back in NZ, I'm struggling to find a replacement dash never mind some one to fit it.
