Yes it can be done, but it is an involved prosses.
need the right programs, eprom reader burner, stuff to remove the eprom from the cluster circuit board etc. easier to go to a wreckers and get one with nominal kays on it. there is a bloke in adelaide that does do it tho but its not cheap $$$ and no questions asked
