I think that they can but they are highly illegal. It would be better for you just to buy a cluster from the wreakers

There was a brand new EA-ED digital cluster on ebay the other day, not sure if its finished yet.

Yes it can be done, but it is an involved prosses.

need the right programs, eprom reader burner, stuff to remove the eprom from the cluster circuit board etc.

easier to go to a wreckers and get one with nominal kays on it.

there is a bloke in adelaide that does do it tho but its not cheap $$$ and no questions asked
