Hi,
Im new around here, I just installed a trip computer into my ED falcon but im not shaw on a few
things.
the Inst per 100km the first option when searching the list of four options
will just stay on 1 it occasionally will go to 3.8 but thats it. When i reset it
it just sits on 1 most of the time.

The second option will only sit on 2.0 per 100km reseting it it comes up with
99.9 then sits on 1.4 I thought it would be higher cause i dont think my falcon
is that supper economical.

everything else is ok by the looks of things, I followed the tech doc step
by step and left the buzzer off but im not shaw cause when the lights are
left on it buzzers?

the clock button wont work either to reset it to the right time...
My car is a base model ed but ther was like one wire from the plug that sat
in the blank purple wire from memory would that need to be connected up?

I sorry for so many questions in one post, but im not shaw if i need to
modify the wiring for the trip.

Cheers, Will

Hi, and welcome to Fordmods.

Did you use the tech doco as a guide to install the trip comp?

There are several wires you need to run from various sources. It is not a plug and play install.
