id just like to say most of the cops that i have delt with have been really nice bout it and not been d**k (possibly because my cars have been next to stock and i wasnt a d**k), my mates on the other hand drive jap sports cars and commodores and they get done all the time even though there mods are all legal (but they al give the cops attitude) it come down to copping it on the chin when u get busted doing the wrong thing, but this also applies to cops i see them turning without indicating, going through red lights with the sirens on only to turn them of 200m down the road, and general speeding. Both parties have to do the right thing

democracy lol. we arnt in a democracy. we are in a representative democracy. our end vote dosent count. its our representative in parliament who has the final vote. and thats all for show and tell.

back in the 70's the Queensland government revoked the freedom of speech and threw people in jail that were peacefully protesting about the Vietnam war. happened once, will happen again.

most people officers ive come across were pretty easy going.
it is all about your attitude.

but for a police officers to be above the law. whens it gonna stop???
next they can break into my home and grab the keys to my car if im a hoon.

OH WAIT THEY CAN DO THAT!

personal responsibility yes fair enough.

but it doesn't justify police being above the law. If i display p's plates up,
thats a $50 buck fine per plate.

"but wtf officer, i woz under cover bro looking for younger girls!"

would i get away with it???

IF I CANT DO IT THEY SHOULD'NT DO IT EITHER!!!

we should'nt hoon but they eggin u on is entrapment.
but in nsw and vic entrapment must not exist.

in qld when u have those cars on the side of the road with speed camers to catch you out,

they have kind of like a milk bar sign next to the speed camera saying "SPEED CAMERA" and alone the car it also says speed camera.
lol i use to live up there. it triped me out.

the feds in canberra last year had a white BA with bodykit, slammed on chromies and were racing people to the speed limit and then when they backed off and people were flying past they'd turn the lights on and pull em over. havent seen it in awhile but now they have an VE sv6 ute black lowered and they put p plates on the dash. also heard they had an r33 skyline but havent seen it myself. although i have seen a brown busted a** VK with a cop driving it with all the police radios and radar and speed lock stuff on the dash driving my vw up next to him at the lights

Obviously no one reads what i post. Ho hum

Entrapment
They can go out of their way to help a person to commit a crime. What they can't do, is unduly persuade, threaten, coerce, or harass the person, such that a normally law-abiding citizen would participate in the unlawful action.

Its not entrapment when the hoon on his free will decides to race against someone else.
He chose his course of action, being that to break the law or abide by it.

lol i read ur post. but the police must have reritten a new meaning to the word Entrapment.
or maby they just haven't read a dictionary for awhile.

entrapment [ɪnˈtræpmənt]
n
(Law) the luring, by a police officer, of a person into committing a crime so that he may be prosecuted for it.

the meaning doesn't state if its on your own free will bla bla bla.
