what is the advantage of this head over a stock one?

Is it comeplete? Take off old, bolt on new?

Theres on on ebay atm, complete minus cam. I don't want to buy that only to find I can't get a decent cam for it.

that head that is on ebay is a 94dt so its not a hybrid tickford head, so y ou should be able to get a decent cam to fit it now worries at all
