The LTDs were made fewer than the Fairlanes (NF/NL, DF/DL range covered here). Fairlane ones brand new cost $500, $150 second hand - that is the average price at the moment.
$300 - then allow for negotiations, offers or nearest offers.

Only 895 DL LTDs were made and 8580 NL Fairlane Ghias. Hence it is a rare part.

i've just picked up a el ghia one, it matches the door trims I have, this ltd may look better only with a ltd interior i'd say.

i doubt that. $300 is wayyy over, unless you find that one fool who is stupid enough to pay it. i've chased a few of these before, upwards around $175 is more a ball-park figure.

Not worth $300 IMHO - you will find majority are after the EF/EL NF/NL Ghia ones as EL2XR8 has said - they match the EL GT / NL Concorde steering wheels, EF II / EL Ghia door trims.
Someone with a DF/DL LTD may be interested as a spare or something...worth chucking on ebay I'd reckon. Good luck with the sale |

Well well well, that puts a new twist on it. $175 sounds good. It looks a little different, since the wood is a different finish and that one of the letters inside is colour coded as well.
