i guess the same would go for me jeff, i should be ok with the water pump and crank pulley, but the alt seems to be the issue. will be watching closely to see how it goes.

No worries, shouldnt have to sell them though, we'll sort it out.

Well guys, pulleys are done and fitted.
Turned out to all be quite an easy fix.
So anybody else with these pullies, dont stress they WILL fit. I actually noticed the same mods were done to my BPT alternator pulley, so it would suprise me if their w/pump and crank ones are done too.

Can get pics of them on the car tomorrow if anyones interested.

Cheers,
Jeff

top stuff jeff. i actually put mine on yesterday after work. crank pulley just grinded the excess out of the center. water pump i drilled 4 new holes in the correct position and ground the center out also. put those 2 on and still getting 14V charge @ idle so i havn't bothered with the alt pulley. what did u have to do to the alt pulley to make it fit jeff? and without having both off to visualy see, is the alt pulley an underdrive or overdrive? i read it was actually an overdrive to compensate for the underdriving crank, is that right?
was a bit concerned when putting the belt back on, the distance from the new water pump pulley to the idler above. when the belt is on there is about 2mm clearance lol.

Yeah waterpump to idler clearance is very small, 1-2mm with a new belt. The same goes for the BPT pulleys. BPT's ones get the same modifications as these too.
