ford freaf and boss 4ltr both picked up there shields today! both happy customers!
got carried away chatting and also fitted boss 4ltrs sheild!
so i didnt get around to posting the rest of the shields today, but they are all boxed, addressed, and forms filled out for registered post, so its just a matter of getting down to the post office now!
so they are only a few days away from your doorsteps!

i dont think i need to mention this, but most of the shields in the post still have the protective plastic contact on them, please take this off before fitting it! hehe, we all know what would happen if you left it on!

bug, what extractors u running, if they are anything apart from 4480's, you should be able to gain a good 50-70mm.

to do this i would recomend clamping it very well to a bench and using the edge of the bench as a pivot point, then just give it a good leaning on! it does take a bit of force being 500 long so you may need 2 people!

becareful when clamping not to scratch or dent it, so use a plank of wood or something!

cheers

lol, so basically im on schedule..

4480's.. Although im reasonably confident I can get away with it with minimal bending.

Living on the NSW border means I have only one place to get my gas inspection done for rego, and theyre demanding I get a heat sheild so i'll make it work one way or another..
