About 30mm.. Its fully adjustable. You can set it up to be a bit softer than the current, and then as firm as 30-34mm or something.

Nah, no box. Took up too much room :)

Besides, Aus Post wont accept parcels larger than 140cm girth, and the box would've been bigger than that.

On the Whiteline site they have courier for $27. Can you find a decent courier around that price.
Brand new they are $264 including GST plus $27 for courier. If you can do it for $240 including shipping I'll be happy with that.

just wrap it up in bubble wrap, i really doubt even couriers could damage a solid steel bar ... maybe i made a mistake saying that, it sounds like a challenge, hope there's no couriers reading this :P
