here are some technical specs on the coolers had a few requests


flow ratings and pressure drop across the core ?


- Max Recommended PSI: 45psi

- Low pressure drop w/ only 0.2psi at 15psi of boost

- Tested CFM: 1020 CFM

The BA - BF XR6 Turbo upgrade intercoolers are $595-oo at this stage , this is a straight fit into the factory spot no cutting or modifying the car this intercooler is a very nice unit and a instant gain of 20RWKwatts on standard car. weight of this cooler is 10kgs package size is 700mm*400mm*100mm


OK the best price i could get the BA - BF larger cooler to replace the factory unit i spoke to the supplier need mininum 3 people to purchase these coolers and can the supply them at $495 - oo plus freight and insurances

otherwise if its only one of cooler purchase its will be $595 -oo

let me know whos is interested in theses coolers as there from a different supplier

What benefit would it have on a stock engine? I thought you need an intercooler only if you have a turbo?

u have a point there BUT a friend of mine just installed one on his car and noticed a before and after dyno run a 20RWkatts just on a intercooler change

so for some reason it gained a few extra Kwatts did not measure before and after inlet air temperatures nor do i have the technical answer for the reason , next on his car is a complete Diffilipo exhaust system and a a STA( capa flash tuner workshop version , this will be fun )

The real advantage is if ur going to play around with boost levels and so on the factory intercooler is just to small.

I think Ivan meant that the car gains 20rwkw with this intercooler over the stock Ford intercooler. So he would be talking about XR6 Turbo and FPV F6 cars, and not stock non-turbo Falcons.

the cooler is only good for turbo charged or super charged vehicles .

Just recieved a few PM's people worrying about there group buy of intercoolers that they have purchased

Please dont be concerned as i will have these coolers out on Tuesday morning , u will get ur goods as promised

Pm previous guys that have made purchases they all recieve there goods and were very happy with the coolers

Meybe some else will consider doing the group buy of intercoolers i can pass on my point of contact guy that can still supply them to u guys in this forum

I make nothing on theres coolers if anyhting it costs me time and money so for someone to say a "PUSHY EBAY SELLER" pmsfl they should get there facts right before shooting of there mouth

the wolf 3D V4PLUS has a separate 18 pin connector harnes mounted next to the regular wolf 3D V4's 36 pin connector

other things to consider is if ur car is EB onwards and a automatic transmission requires additional work to be done on the wolf to make it work with ur automatic transmission and dash cluster features on ur car.

u have to by a different igniter also which is not supplied in the kit.

prices depends on what ur needs are starts at $1000 and can go upto $1800 to get the whole system up and running a say a EF/EL auto car onwards

if u have any other further questions just ask

if you are planning on tuning urself the wideband oxygen sensor features is avaliable also at extra charge for the sensors and a harness

Boost control and turbo time features are also available extra charge so be specific

Wolf carrys a large range of PLUG AND PLAY ECU

plug and play means these ECU's plug directly into the factory wiring loom no installation costs and no hacking into wiring looms , So WRC is not a issue just 2 seconds and u replace the ECU with the factory standard unit PLUG AND PLAY simple as that

the plug and play ECU's are not avaliable for Ford Falcons yet
