i got an australia post notice in the mail on friday saying something was delivered but it was made out to someone called J. Winn. its still at the post office waiting to be picked up. now thats not me. maybe he got the names and address mixed up???
just wondering if this is anyone who is waiting for their intakes? yeah ive tried calling a couple of times this weekend but he has been out. didnt really wanna bring the issue up with his mum though. will try again soon. anyone else tried??? dave

this thread started in april!!!! whats taken this guy so long? id be doing more then paying him a visit... after spending this much money id expect it within a monthnot 6-7 months later

Brad - at least have the decency to explain what's been going on to a moderator - Paul seems fairly active in this situation...at least do fellow members a courtesy of some sort ? |

Yeah it's not a good situation, the last time he logged on was the 1st of this month but has had plenty of opportunity to post here and explain himself which he has failed to do.
I do remember him advertising his car here a couple of months ago, he mentioned something about buying a Hilux so maybe he's skipped to a Toyota forum. People who do this don't realise that it will eventually come back to haunt them. A few weeks ago i went as far as checking carsales, carpoint, and a few other sites to see if he'd advertised it but found nothing. |

haha, nice one dont think so as i spoke to his mum on the weekend looking for him. aparently he had taken his bike out. she wouldnt give me his mobile number coz she said he didnt take it riding with him.

Have people thought of formalising this in a letter? Names addresses & ammounts paid formailsed in a list, with a stat dec atatched (& signed by a JP.) Get it issued to him via registered post making plain that if refund or goods are not issued with in seven(7) days legal action will be taken.
