f**k u guys are dumnb C***

YOU CANNOT
say again CANNOT time a cars accel or 1/4 mile times even roughly by watching a video and using a stopwatch
your reaction times on seeing the vid start/stop etc gain time.

the only sure fire way is 1/4 mile = drag strip
accel figure the fancy gear they use to test cars for mags etc.

none of the i did it with watch blah and Gtech s**t

Gtech is only as acuracte as the info you feed it
and it gets errors after every run!

f**k t***

teh Aurion should easy do those speeds/times

ps does not look/sound sped up to me

Ummm.
Not sure what all the fuss is about.
Like Frank said, there's no-way you can time that vid by looking at it.
s**t - I counted seven seconds from the time he planted his foot to the time he hit 100...yet someone just posted 5.9 or something???

Take a look at the XR6T Acceleration videos. They look faster than that Aurion vid.

Nothing dodgy to report here...

Settle down mate, you can roughly time it, and its defintely in the six second bracket. Like mentioned by one of the comments, you can see the fast hand shaking of the camera that its (maybe) been sped up.

Aurion's are damn fast. My wife has an Avalon and it's awesome. The Aurion has a lot more power so I see no reason why this would not be real. The other thing is the brakes.... oh man i want them in my fairmont. The thing stops on a dime without any lockup or chirping.

Aurions are not that fast.. my murder in law has one.. its auto.. blah blah blah.. anyway, ran my father in law from the lights, pulled pretty much even, it was the ZR6 model as well.. problem is there is too much ECU control on everything. plus they handle like a bucket of crap.. understeer, pick up rear wheels and stuff, chassis feels ok but really only gives feedback when its too late, to hard sprung. too many gay lights inside and buttons too.

But its a company car. thrash it and hand it back..

Just my opinion.

Well f**k you. 8-) No one here thought you could time 0-100 accurately with a video, and if you thought that you're the 'dumnb C***'. 8-)

You can get a pretty general idea though, and if you want to accurately time a video you don't need a stopwatch - but I guess you don't know about frames.

Toyota aurions are quick i would say a flat 7 to 100kmh and would do a quarter in low 15s. im not quite sure about this video maybe real but possibly edited ask the owner on you tube.
