With the engine mount we welded the holes & re-drilled then 8mm lower to allow the engine clearence, you will still have to cut the centre brace out of the bonnet, The engine is now in the bay & i will upload more pic's & info soon. Stay tuned!

are there any other clearance issues that you have come across with the whole instal other then the bonnet? hows snug is the turbo against the strut tower?

Nah mate only the bonnet, Plenty of room between the turbo & the strut tower.

Do you think I'll have any trouble fitting an ETM manifold inside the strut tower?

I am :D the hardest part in a EF/EL is getting clearance around the k-frame. But not hard to do if your handy with a welder :D

Fantastic, can't wait to see the end result, gorgeous colour too, are you going to try and keep it clean and neat, towards the sleeper side of things? Or dumped on its guts, and blown off its head?
