hmmm...
can you here the blow off valve at all?? maybe the blow off valve is not closing? or you have a huge boost leak somewhere before the manifold

yer it goes off wen it should. ill have a look for some leaks but other than that im not sure

its strange....
does the car feel slugish?

try running the boost gauge fron the blow off valve line..

i think iv figured it. i think it has a leak on the pipe from the bov to the intake pipe coz i fukd round with it and i just got bout 4 psi

yayay fixed, was few leaks, such a mission to get it all on properly tho. but now making 4psi 4000rpm threw all gears. same as the dyno sheet

thats good news...
with boost all hoses need to be tight, no vacuum leaks ect... where there could be a vac leak means there is also a boost leak...

at 4psi at 4000rpm bout 240hp, but it made 285hp at 4800rpm with bout 6.5psi. on the dyno we were having problems with fuel, it starts to lean out not long after 4000rpm so i wont take it past that till the fuel reg and fuel pump are in. the guy put a 4800rpm lifter on it to.
