Cool, I have no idea what's what, but it would make sense. When looking through the NGK book I also noticed that if there was a -11 it had gap-size as 1.1mm, -12 as 1.2mm and so on, but there were a couple where the -1 had a gap size of 1.4mm which then just confused me...

BPR6EIX-10 iridiums
The TFS heads use the same as GT40 / GT'P heads...
They are longer the E7 plugs..

I've got no idea what goes into the standard engine. I'm pretty sure I have to use these plugs because they need to be a little bit longer due to the design of the head.

CORRECT the E7 heads used shorter plugs but TFS, AFR , Ford GT heads are the same plug length..

I just pulled all the plugs out again to change them. No more fouling, but they all look like they're rusted. There was no sign of this before when I had them out on Saturday. I can't see how they'd be rusty as there's no water in my engine... I hope!!!

Ah ok, that's a good sign then, kinda. I use Ultimate. I guess I need to sort out the richness.
