Hey Pete is this the same idea that was used on some mustangs to make them handle better. I have also seen something like this done to xw and xy falcons  :D

Yes. One of my mates has done this to his XF ute. You need to make wedges for the upper ball joints so they don't bind when you use stock arms.

Pete.

Do you have a rear shot of that suspension, that is one mighty complex design for a live axle rear end :o

Am I imagining things or his that a panhard rod connecting to the bottom of the housing, I really need to see more, I am hoping it isn't.

I just read up on that suspension setup, excellent I read it wasn't a Pancake rod, the picture they show covers up to much, they need a few different views.

WOW so far your suspension is over $8500RRP AUS before it was shipped here, are you going to give us an idea what the Wilwoods would be worth

Bargain! 8-) That is one serious suspension and brake setup.

Here's my latest score...
It's an Algon 427 Medium riser mechanical injection intake.
Perfect for the EFI conversion of the FE.

Yeah they do look like Snowflakes and we know they didn't come out bigger than 7" wide and widening is illegal for those wheels (Trust me I wasted a lot of money researching into this on those wheels).

I am interested?

Yep I made em 8" wide, they're illegal, and I don't give a s**t.
The intake was in Just parts magazine.
The guy who owned it has a 427 in an XR that he's building for salt lake racing.
390 in XD...good move!
btw Mal wood is working on an FE Bell for TKO.

So essentially this thing is being built up as a pro tourer but without the wanky air bag suspension setup.

I like your style pete. Monster power and handling to match.

I suppose you could call it that.
I'm certainly more interested in going around corners fast than drag racing.
