I have been promising idler and tensioner pulleys to match the underdrive set I have been importing and modifying for sale and I have finally taken delivery of the prototypes for evaluation.
Apart from the fact that billet aluiminium looks far better than the plastic Ford items - but these ones use an over the counter LLU (double sealed) bearings and are completely rebuildable. No more buying cheap s**t plastic pulleys :D

Tensioner Idler Pulley (requires changeover unit with good spring base) comes complete with
New 6061 T6 billet aluminium pulley
Stainless steel bearing cover plate
Stainless steel idler retaining socket head cap scew
Stainless steel tensioner retaining socket head cap screw
New 6203 LLU bearing
Price $110 changeover

Upper Idler Pulley (between alternator and powersteering pump)
New 6061 T6 billet aluminium pulley
Stainless steel bearing cover plate
Stainless steel socket head cap screw
New 6203 LLU bearing
Price $85.75 outright

Lower Grooved Idler Pulley
New 201 T5 billet idler pulley
Stainless steel bearing cover plate
Stainless steel socket head cap screw
New 6203 LLU bearing
Price $105.95 outright

The whole lot can be purchased as a kit for $300.00

PM me for pictures
Shane

I take it these are for E-series engine? What about AU V8 setups?

the pulleys are raw alloy finished with 1200 paper - to match them to the Ford racing pulleys you would need to organise annodizing or powdercoating depending on which ones you have. The March set looks pretty good even raw but it would not take much to braso or autosol them up to a very nice finish.
You have pics Brad

What's with the oil breather?

EDIT: Oh yeah - those pulleys look great!!! Damn sight better than the flimsy ford idlers. Bugger about the P/S tho...

Piece of piss Daniel. There's one bolt holding it onto the motor... by the looks of the pictures and from what i remeber (doh!!! only replaced my tensioner a few months back with a stock one... now i think about it - i think my old one was used to guinea pig the billet pulleys...) its a torx bit.

Take you 2 minutes... and then wrestle with the serp belt...

Other idlers are simply held on with bolts....

I guess you pay all the $$ plus a deposit on the exchange part, and when you do the install and send back your working tensioner, your deposit is refunded.
