there's a good possibility that it is an ESP, the ESP package was optional right across the range on XD's, but only on Fairmont Ghia's when the XE's came out
Paint code 4 is pewter glow (metallic), and from the look of your trim, it *should* be trim code P - Dove grey question: does your dash and clock light up red, and does your instrument cluster have a silver/grey fascia to it with black face dials? could you also get a better pic of the front seats please? edit: looks to have a genuine ford towbar too!

ESP headlights also have driving lights built in the assembly. Even if its not esp, with all the extras no rust and 351 its still a good buy for the money.

has got the red clock and silver fascia in it im 99% sure that it the real thing wii get it in the next wk of so let you guys how it goes. cheers for the help

Even if its not a ghia esp, with power windows and all the rest of the s**t its still worth 2x more to wreck.
