If it's manual it might be worth it, if it's an auto you'll just make things worse.

I have a manual, over a 1/4 mile will a 2.92lsd or a 3.27 single spinner get me better times given its a 6?

2.92 lsd will be a 25spline 2pin as well.
What T5, EA or EBII>?

Okay so it's factory t5.
I'd be looking at either a 3.45lsd disc to disc out of an ED XR.
or getting an ls center to fit to your 3.27.

no, so long as you get a centre that uses the same amount of splins that you axles have.

what car do u have?

i have a nf fairlane with a without lsd and i was wondering if i found a lsd outer a eb,ed,ef,el and just changed the center would i need to change the axels?

As long as you get the same spline center you keep your axels.

NF will have 28 spline. Get an LSD center from an ED or later and you should be safe (ford played silly buggers with 25 spline centers in ea/eb).

What's the go with 3.08 diffs in EF/EL's. Are the housings smaller or something?
I want to fit a 3.27 LSD centre from an EB into an EF with 3.08 single spinner. Possible?

Hi i was wondering if a 3.23 diff center out of a ea-el diff center or a xd-xf diff center will fit into a xb diff??? any help would be great

The tag on my NA Fairlane diff says SPIN (or slip) RESISTANT is that the same as LSD?

I have a set of 323 diff gears in my au interceptor ute and was wonderin if i have 2 change the crown wheel if i update 2 BF 372 ratio out of the tyhoon?
