Will the exhaust, struts/shocks, springs, auto transmission from an EF fit onto an AU 1 ? my EF is in need of a paint job and am thinking of getting an AU and swapping these bits over instead.

Extractors will fit, and 'maybe' the cat back to diff section, but over the diff is going to be different.

Rear springs should fit if you get an AU with a live rear axle. If it has IRS, NO.

I don't see any reason why the auto transmission wouldn't fit either. That said, the AU transmission has some refinements that the EF one does not.
