I have removed the original radio from my XH ute and now the car will not start, The engine turns over but no spark. I suspect that the radio was part of the smart lock system but I dont know where to go to from here. Can anyone please help!!!

Radio has nothing to do with Smartlock.
Does your interior light work? sounds like your crt fuse is kaput.

Add another vote for the CRT LP fuse.

Thanks for your replies.
This might sound like a dumb question, as I am at work at the moment and not able to look at my car, where is this fuse located? In the fuse panel or in some other stupid place? |

fuse will be in the fuseblock under the dash to the right of the steering column, you need to pull the plastic trim panel out to get to it

Thanks to all who helped me.
The fuse was blown and after replacement had no trouble. This is the first time I have used a forum and will be back again if I have any other issue's. Thanks again I really appreciated all your responeses. Cheers!!!!!! |
