does anyone have one of these on a ef-el as i wouldnt mind starting my car from inside on cold mornings and have it warm-up properly

There is a bit of work involved because of the Smartlock.You will have to fit a Smartlock bypass and or an ignition switch with the key in it and hidden somewhere.Iam sure if you do a search you will find some previous posts which go into a lot more detail.Cheers Kevman

in years past when I was an alarm fitter, I did this...

they are right.. as long as you have a smartlock bypass it's dead easy if your alarm supports it.

also better to have an auto so you can't hit anything when starting.

it's illegal though.

ROFL yeah i saw this one day in the city. The guy remote started the car as a cop was leaning on it having a smoke
:mrgreen:

Um lets just say that the copper was not happy when he came down from the light post :lol:
