Has anybody else got a rear vision mirror that vibrates around?
If so, how do you fix it?! Cheers |

Only when I have left the car parked facing the Sun. Then when I get in to drive off it starts to vibrate until the inside of my car cools down

Ive never had this happen in either of my fairlanes - both been very stiff/stirdy to move and hvant had it move on its own will.
Maybe just replace them with new ones? Not hard job.

mine vibrates to the s**t with the stereo. Cant even see out of it.
I think i am going deaf.

There's a screw in there that you can tighten. Mine used to shake around like crazy! Just have a look at the underneath of where it attaches to the glass. Once you've found it, it's pretty self-explanatory

There is a small screw at the bottom of the part that holds the mirror from the windscreen, you can try tightening that up. I tightened mine up ages ago and seemed to make it a little better, but I think it's gone back to how it was. Will have to adjust it again after my exams.
