Hi all, thanks to Jason for all his help so far. I got the smartlock system working to a point. I,ve now got the light on the dash flashing and the car will turn over but will not fire. does anyone know where I can find the ignition cutout relay or what you call it and also the fuel system cut out relay. It seems to me that the fuel pump is not cutting in. I can turn the ignitiopn on all all the lights come on but the engine will not start. any ideas anyone????? :x

can jason help u again?? no idea who u are talking about
the fuel and ignition cutout u are talking about is the smartlock bcm/bem,
could be lots of things, crt lamp fuse, fuel pump relay, dead fuel pump, dead tfi module etc etc

think this is in the wrong section too, may need a moderator to move

I would start with these check the fuse box to make sure all fuses are still intact. Start the car and listen to the back left of the car and if you can hear the fuel pump arming that isnt your issue, or if you can hear anything then fuel pump could be the issue. As for the fuel pump relay that is under the header tank and quick a prick to change but once the header tank is off it it just as easy as pulling one out and replacing it.
