More like a short story than an ad, love the Americans way of making ads.

Nothing beats a good ol fashion father son love, bond & respect theme aye. it's something that's becoming very rare these days I reckon. I'm going to give it 10/10 for the message it delivers in the ad.

i think it was made to play during breaks at the superbowl in usa.....


for me, a couple of times i took my old mans xk wagon out for a drive when he wasnt there, he'd check the mileage on that too. i worked out i could disconnect the speedo, and then hook it back up when i got home.

thats until he busted me,

he saw 2 oil drips on the carport floor and looked up under the car to see where this new leak was coming from to see only 1 spot on the motor. i had parked it back in his spot but was 1 inch to the right haha

i watched that whole thing waiting for a funny end... very sad

Thats an awesome ad. For a bit I honestly thought his Dad was about to give the son his Mustang.
By then the curve ball of the son getting his own new one.
Ford Australia need some of the American marketing department down here I reckon.

We need an Aussie one where upon the son returning from Afghanistan, dad has either a phase 3 or hardtop and gives the son an FG GTP or even F6.
