Hi, my name is Brendan. I live in NSW and have a ford escort panel van. I would like to put a turbo motor into it that would pass registration. Does anyone have an information they could provide me with, in relation to this?

No just going off my p's. Doing it up as a project car & have seen these type of cars with Japanese turbo engines in them.

An SR20DET will fit in the holevery nicely, they are near on bullet proof and part and mods for them are EVERYWHERE. seriously though, consult an engineer as to how he would like to you to tackle the project so he is prepared to approve the conversion. Be prepared to also do things like brake upgrades and other things you may feel are not related or essential.
