Thinking about making a complete Ef rebuild tech doc

would anynbody be interested in me writing one up , when i rebuild my ef?

Crank Assembly balanced, HV oil pump, ACL Trimetal bearings, "1 extra oil clearance taking to around 0.0650-0.0700 on mains and big ends, Moly rings,, Xr6 Cam, POD ( Possibly oversize injectors), Block, Head, Timing cover, belt idler, Alternator,painted in ford light blue

go for it would make an interesting read! and im sure alot of people who are interested in doing the same thing would find it interesting.

i was thinking more along the lines of pics and video, detailing each step

Yeah i'm keen for it. can also be applied to other cars aswell... Most cars have the same general jist to them.

Hey Chris, one problem, (unless you re-install the stuff) all the manifolds, ancillaries, cam and head are already off..

If people need a tech doco to assist them during the rebuild them more people will probably need to have how to disassemble the top-end of the engine included too.

Just a thought..

well atm it will be full engine rebuild tech doco

will be a good a few weeks before i have the parts

I'm sure that's possible if you have everything there to put back together...however would you say in 10 days straight, or 10 days in man hours... eg. 1 hour a day for 240 days, 2 hours a day for 120 days etc.

My understanding would be from when you pick up the first tool, to finally turning the key at the end.
