I have a AU V8 fairmont Ghia, And wondering if the auto box willl fit in a standard 6Cyl falcon, Or what mods would be required to do so.

Can't see why not assuming the 6 is already auto the only grey area may be the torque convertor. The bellhousing will be different and should be able to be swapped over. The gear ratio's may not be the same but probably not enough to be of concern.

input shaft is different diameter and length i believe. why not throw the motor in to ? is it post eb ?
