hello everyone!

OK.. well ive decided to scrap the idea of supercharging my car cause prices i got came to like $20000 roughly braking it up 9500 for the motor forgeds everythin headwork blah blah... 7500 for the supercharger kit...
2500 for the gear box... then another 1000 to put mu computer in whichj i already have brought (2600) and plus intercooler! so at the end of the day i was only goin to get 400hp roughly...
SO....
i got a price to turbo it instead cause apartly i can get more hp that way!
so how does this list sound...
Garret GT35R turbo
design exhaust manifold, intake pipe, dump pipe
sard 534cc top feed injectors
EFI motorsport 800HP fuel pump
600 x 300 intercooler
oil/water lines
external waste gate
install computer (supplied by me)

evrything installed... $10000

Have you considered a Snort Performance kit like EASPRINT and the recently boosted Seton005 have got? At $3500 it sounds like good value to me.

I know but there are a fair few parts in his list that this kit would replace.

If youve already got a computer and you use one of Snorts kits youll get out of it for way under $10 000, especially if you do most of the work yourself. With a bit of shopping around as well as making your own intercooler pipes and doing most of the install yourself you should get out of it for around $6 000

There aint much difference in price if you take all this stuff out as you have done for the turbo job :!:

If you want to make big horses(turbo or blower), your still going to have to upgrade (your engine components, box, etc.) anyway if your going to give it the hard time that it deserves rather than putting around.

A blower will give you a more responsive grunt, depending on what type you get.
