If there is no smart lock light at all you may find the car has had a bypass module installed.
And if you have an aftermarket central locking setup then perhaps smartlock played up at some stage and was bypassed.
To check this, remove the passenger side footwell cover and see if there is a small black box wired into the loom that plugs into the ECU.
As for the ABS light, checking all the sensors at each wheel are plugged in ok may be a start, however I don't have ABS myself (I won't get anything after smartlock) as the technical crap involved in diagnosing is infinitely frustrating..
I'm having issues with my fuel pump not priming properly.. But only when the engine is warm/hot.. As I said.. Infinitely frustrating!
