Help! XR6T wont start!

I cleaned my boost solanoid yesterday and accidently earthed the positive terminal with a spanner. Now she wont start! All Im getting is clicking from around the tps/throttle body on acc, and one louder click when I hit ignition. Ive checked all the fuses and relays that I know of and they seem fine. Bought a new battery, no difference! Do not want to have it towed to an auto elec! Any Ideas?

have you tryed jumping it with another car anyway?

maybe starter motor is on the way out.

If you shorted the battery out then it should be something simple like a fuseable link to the starter

All sorted, neg lead was corroded. :)
