You will have to change bcm as well. Only drama will be rear washer wiper etc for rear window.

Sounds like you know what you're doing :o

Lights can be spliced into the dome light wiring, cluster info is a tech doc, including door wiring/ bulb out, etc.

Not sure if there is a benefit to using the nf ecu but it will plug in. You bcm plugs would need to be changed so with doing the cluster swap as well it could be easier to just swap the dash loom from a nf fairlane into your dash which would just be plug and ply deal for your bcm and cluster then. Being a fairmont wagon you might find the body loom as all the suitable wiring/plugs in it to add the door sensors and interior lights. If that is the case it means you dont need to worry about the rear wiper ecu/relay assembly

So proof read your stuff so it makes sense when someone reads it - my mindreading isn't working well at the moment.
And, No advantage with the ECU change.
BEM's don't need to be changed either.

Better make sure you pass wiring, or you'll spend plenty of time learning to sort it out.
