I am wanting to put new speakers and subs in my car, But i dont know much about about it.
I heard RockFord are a good brand, I choose 2 12' P2D4-12.
Im not sure what amp i need to wire them up,
Was also planning on getting pros to wire in a converter so i can keep the standard head unit.

any help is appreciated

If you plan on running 2 x P2D4-12, you will need a pretty decent amp to power them both. I suggest minimum 800W RMS output since each sub has a 400W RMS power rating. Just make sure you know at what Ohms the output is of the amp to determine how you run the wiring. If you plan on getting professional to install, they will be able to guide you to an amp with suitable output for the subs you want.

Have you looked at other brands of subs? Is this just for everyday use or are you aiming for SQ/SPL quality?
