does anyone know how to stop the horn alerts when unlocking and locking the doors on a 2003 fairlane? or can it only be done by a dealer

can only be done by changing the parameter settings of vehicle
and requires Ford scan tool -
may also be possible with ELM and forscan if someone would like to verify this ?
