Hi all,
My XR6 FG Mk II ute has done about 87000km. When should the serpentine belt be replaced?
I drive the ute carefully, so the belt should be having a fairly easy life so far.....

Hi, have a look at the back of the belt [where grooved] & if you can see some very bad cracking replace.

no probs Gordo. it's normal to have 'some' cracking on a used belt.
