Choc front wheels to stabilize car. Trans in neutral.
Handbrake OFF but pulled UP 2 clicks.
Raise & remove rear wheel. 1 at a time or both, up to you.
Remove rubber grommet (dust bung)
Rotate drum to locate the toothed cog on the brake cylinder inside. (good LED torch is your friend here)
Use flathead screwdriver to rotate the cog, on drivers side wedge it against the drum, pass' side tap screwdriver with a hammer.
Rotate the drum by hand as you adjust, when the drum can't be turned by hand, it's done.
Release handbrake & ensure the hub is 95% free to spin. A bit of "grab" is ok. Drum can have dust in it too.

It's not an exact science... on occasion you'll get some squeaking from the pads after adjustment, this will go away as the pads bed in again.
You may curse trying to get the screwdriver to stay on the cog as you adjust it too, so I've fore warned you ok !
