Hi, I’m trying to get my el xr6 to go into the diagnostic mode while running so I can set the timing. I have the ford code reader and it Let’s me read the KOEO codes, but when I switch it on with the engine running the revs drop them come back up to idle and just Sit there, they don’t go up to high rpm and back down and do That sequence. Nothing happens.
