I'm new here.
Can a Ford expert explain why my 2003 BA Fairmont Ghia shows it is 230kw on registration papers and not 220kw as I had expected. I have looked at info online and understand the Barra 230kw wasn't introduced until 2005. Is it a typo or how can I check this out. Thanks Ross |

There was no 230kw V8 factory produced for BA. Either 220kw in non XR then 260kw in XR8 or 290kw for FPV.
Yours is likely a 220kw model.
